Randomness from the last few days

This fabulous 4 day weekend is coming to an end... Altho i wish i wasn't going back to school tomorrow at 12pm (boo hoo, right?) The weekend ended up being a lot of fun. I must be having a brain lapse because i cannot remember what i did thursday night, i know i spend much time trying to find, and purchase books at Barnes and Noble with Mia. Finally getting our stupid book that we had to have read by tomorrow, good thing I'm on top of it :)

Now i have acquired a major fear of driving, driving on freeways, driving while raining, driving anywhere, fast or slow i should not be behind the wheel of a car most times. In Rohnert Park for a week it has been in constant downpour. I even

 had a friend pick me up and drive me to and from Lip Jam practice for the sorority, because I was terrified to drive while it was raining and dark. This whole weekend kind of revolves around this new fear of mine. 

I'm pretty sure Friday all i did was lay around, hang out with Matt and do nothing else. It was Friday the 13th and two things happened that day to make it special and VERY lucky. First, the 13th marks Matt and I's 2 months!! Woo, this is still my 2nd longest relationship and after next month will come in a strong first! Huge news and i couldn't be happier. We cooked dinner

 and had a fun night watching movies. This day also signifies the 5 year anniversary of my fabulous mothers heart transplant! This 5 year date is a huge accomplishment and with no rejection, i am so happy she has crossed this finish line. After the 5th year patients are pretty much in the clear. I can't believe how long its been and how much we've all been through. I've been reflecting a lot about it lately and I am so blessed and am forever grateful that i have such an amazing, strong mother. It really is something to rejoice and miracles really do happen, i saw this on the way driving back up from souther

n california last weekend and this life is amazing. 

Saturday was  Valentines Day!!! Matt and i had a full day planned, and after sleeping in past what time we wanted to get up we got ready a whole lot faster. First off we were going to go to Pleasanton, his hometown, to drop off his dog Tori who has ben living in his room for a week. We talked with his family for a bit and his mom made me a very sweet V-Day basket full of chocolate and goodies. After we decided to get back on the road he showed me a bit of his downtown area and high school then we went to San Francisco!! We had a date planned at the Exploritorium which ended up being a blast, we were definitely nerds running around and playing with all the exhibits. We were there till closing and then went to Fisherman's Wharf for dinner, Bubba Gumps had a 3 hours wait!! So we went to a yummy little place called North Shore Pizza, and got seated at a table with a family of 4, that was odd... But it ended up being a great day and we both were so wiped out that we both fell asleep very quickly. 

Since today is Presidents Day, campus is closed and i am off to a friends house!! I still have a sorority meeting tonight, so this wont be a normal day off of school like every other person is making it, haha. But i expect a full week ahead! Wish me luck!
